All rates quoted are per room per night, based on double/twin share. Rates include breakfast, afternoon tea, and a complimentary pre-dinner drink.

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST at 12.5%.  View current exchange rates.

Bookings and cancellation policy
As we are a small boutique retreat, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore we do have to apply cancellation charges as outlined below.
Please read this carefully as this affects all bookings.

• A deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required to secure the reservation.
• This deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made in writing, 30 days or more prior to arrival.
• The deposit is non refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days prior to arrival. And if the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full cost of the total booking.
• We will endeavour to resell the room(s) in question, and will refund all costs if successful.
• Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy.
• We advise you to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to protect you against unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
